At Tech Zone Pro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Digital products and services are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once reviewed and approved, the return process will begin.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
Important Note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Pakistan. Refunds for COD orders will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
